MICHELLE GLASSER, SENIOR PRINCIPAL

Michelle Glasser has been a Senior Principal of Glasser Development, LLC, since 2014. She manages all aspects of idea generation, interior design, materials sourcing, marketing, and content.

Michelle always had a deep love and appreciation for aesthetics, having studied art history at Rutgers University. She also holds a certificate in Digital Marketing from Columbia University. A native of New Jersey, Michelle comes from a family of entrepreneurs and real estate investors.

Prior to starting Glasser Development, LLC, Michelle had a successful 15-year career as a copywriter in medical advertising. She was employed by agencies within heavyweight advertising conglomerates Interpublic Group of Companies, Publicis Groupe, and Omnicom Media Group. Her experience in a creative environment, where brainstorming and idea generation are paramount skills, led to a natural fit in the new construction world. She brings passion, flair and innovation to each project.

With discerning tastes and high standards, Michelle continuously stays current on the latest styles and designers. She has played an unheralded role in the mainstreaming of many design trends to LBI, such as gray interior tones (when everyone was still doing beige), the use of marble and natural stones, the black window exterior motif so popular on the island today, Moroccan / non-western tiles, and blue-green styling accents to evoke the sea and nautical environment.

Michelle understands what the modern family living on the island needs to fully appreciate their space—whether it’s sunning on the roof deck, entertaining guests in the great room, or sipping cocktails in the lanai. She, along with her family (including rescue pup, Snoopy!), also enjoy Long Beach Island. With a strong attachment to and love for this special place, Michelle pours all her imagination and love into every Glasser Development project.
